I want those 10 minutes of my life back - a paid post.

Normally, I would not bother giving one of these videos any of my attention, as they are nothing but conspiracy theory garbage - however, I am being paid to watch this one, and so you get to read what I have to say about it. I will not embed the video into this post - however, I will provide a link to it at the end of the post, because there are those who do want to check it out for themselves. But I encourage you all to not give that video any views, as it is rather terrible. The first thing that I have to say about this video is that I want those 10 minutes of my life back. The second thing that I will say about this video is CONTENT WARNING: graphic images from The Passion of the Christ, references to pedophilia and murder.

Disclaimer: I am an atheist - however, I am also a researcher and have an interest in history. I care about facts. To quote Doctor Indiana Jones: “Archaeology is the search for facts, not truth. If it's truth you're looking for, Dr. Tyree's philosophy class is right down the hall.”

Child with epileptic seizures given CBD oil - yes, that probably happened. It has been known for years among parenting circles that seizures can be reduced with the use of a non-psychoactive component of marijuana known as cannabidiol. Medical researchers have since proven this [17] [19] in double-blind studies; however, it is not the Food and Drug Administration working for Big Pharmacy that is restricting research - it is a long-term policy that started with the Marihuana [sic] Tax Act of 1937, eventually leading to the Controlled Substances Act of 1970 [22] where marijuana was listed as a Schedule I substance, just like heroin, LSD, and peyote. Nixon pressed for this, because he “believed many of the myths about marijuana and tied it very closely to the blacks, Jews and the counterculture.” Unfortunately, the Federal Government as an entity has many ridiculous restrictions on cannabis research [13].

I opened with this, because the video in question opened with a minute-long advertisement for CBD oil. It makes me wonder if SGTreport is making any profits from this oil. If SGTreport is making a profit, they are in violation of YouTube’s Terms of Service [18]. Either way, the opening has nothing to do with the content of the video, except for expressing belief in governmental conspiracy theory.

The narrator of the video talks about the “Satanic Global Elite” (SGE), but never actually says who the SGE are. However, we are told that the SGE hates Jesus Christ for obvious reasons and that the SGE are opposed to him. Somehow, Jesus is defiled, defied, and blasphemed against by the SGE through the media. We are given images from the television program Lucifer along with the Mel Gibson movie The Passion of the Christ, and the narrator makes a connection to Hillary Clinton without explaining his segue, before proceeding to the supercut of the almost 200 Sinclair Broadcasting Group owned stations reading the same script [5] [6] [9] [20] decrying so-called “Fake News.” We are now at minute 3 of the video, and nothing of substance has been said outside of the fact that nearly 200 news reporters read the same script (not that the narrator was attempting to make this point).

The video transitions to a clip of Jordan Peterson, PhD, talking about Jesus representing the perfect individual and what that idea conveys to people in the West. From here, the narrator talks about NBC’s Jesus Christ: Superstar, saying that it was not an accident that it was shown on Easter Sunday in that Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are heavily criticized for being “cozy” with sex abusers and child traffickers - the only evidence that I’ve seen of criticism is through the pizzagate conspiracy theory [3] and one tweet. Minute 4 of the video, and it is becoming even more disjointed.

John Legend, according to the narrator, has an association with the performance artist Marina Abramović, whom the narrator calls a satanic witch. Marina Abramović has a non-profit called “The Art of Elysium,” which held a fundraising event called “Heaven 2018.” As fundraising events such as these go, the table prices are rather expensive, starting at $25k, which is fairly typical for any upscale fundraising event - as the narrator calls it, “for the elite only.” Upscale fundraising events tend to have inexpensive meals, and the large dollar amounts go to the charities. Large dollar amounts are not unexpected, but the narrator uses the fundraising event as a connection to the Jesuits [Note 1] and the “Apostate Catholic Church” [Note 2] [Note 3]. From the context, the connection is the supposed Chrissy Teigen/John Legend connection to pizzagate and the Roman Catholic Church’s extensive history of pedophilia and the murder of children in Catholic orphanages [Note 4].

The narrator calls Pope Francis “The Jesuit Pope” [Note 5] and refers to how he recently said that there is no hell [Note 6], and that Vladimir Putin [Note 7] said that the Pope is “not a man of god.” Unfortunately, that is a fake quote [1] [11] - however, what is not fake is that Putin’s religious policy has been characterized as one of support for religious freedoms. This grain of truth is quickly overtaken by the narrator claiming that Pope John Paul II, Pope Benedict XVI, and Pope Francis were all pedophiles - none of them have been accused of pedophilia, but rather of covering up pedophilia - and then the narrator conflates pedophilia with homosexuality [Note 8] [Note 9]. Pedophilia and homosexuality are completely unrelated, and should never be conflated - there is no link between the two [10] [12]. We are now at minute 8 of the video.

The narrator wraps this all up by reminding us that the question is “why do the elites hate of the world hate Jesus Christ so much?” He then tells us that it is because the SGE are satanists who prey on children and humanity, and stand in opposition to god. We are then treated to another clip from the television show Lucifer. However, there is no substantial connection made between the SGE and any hatred towards Jesus Christ - the narrator uses unrelated facts, known falsehoods, and a monotone voice that doesn’t give a person a chance to transition between trains of thought to mask this lack of connection.

  1. Jesuits are members of The Society of Jesus - they are a scholarly religious congregation of the Catholic Church which originated in sixteenth-century Spain, engaged in evangelization and apostolic ministry in 112 nations on six continents. They are involved in education, intellectual research, and cultural pursuits [21].
     
  2. Apostate: noun - a person who forsakes his religion, cause, party, etc. [2]
     
  3. The narrator means the Roman Catholic Church here, which is important to realize because he does display images of the Eastern Orthodox Catholic Church in the video.
     
  4. The Roman Catholic Church is still dealing with this - the narrator is implying the sexual abuse cases in the United States of America and the orphanage cases in the Republic of Ireland and in Scotland.
     
  5. Pope Francis is the first Jesuit to become Pope.
     
  6. Eugenio Scalfari, a reporter with Italy's La Repubblica daily, said that the Pope said that there is no hell, and the Vatican says that Scalfari incorrectly reconstructed what the Pope said. This is not the first time that the two have butted heads - Scalfari has said that he does not take notes during interviews, and the Vatican says that what Scalfari says shouldn’t be taken at face value [4] [8] [15] [16] [23].
     
  7. Vladimir Putin is a member of the Russian Orthodox Church (one of the autocephalous Eastern Orthodox Catholic Churchs), in his own words.
     
  8. Though the Pope did say “If a person is gay and seeks God and has good will, who am I to judge?”, he did also condemn what he described as lobbying by gay people [7] [14] [24].
     
  9. Romans 14:3-4 states: “3Let not the one who eats despise the one who abstains, and let not the one who abstains pass judgment on the one who eats, for God has welcomed him. 4Who are you to pass judgment on the servant of another? It is before his own master that he stands or falls. And he will be upheld, for the Lord is able to make him stand.” Essentially, it says to not be prideful and to not judge others - rather, focus on your own faith.
